We are looking for experienced enthusiastic Technical personnel to join an energetic team in this event/Audio Visual industry.
On-site equipment installation/dismantle and technical support
Operate laptops/media server/switcher/processors during event
LED wall configuration
Resolve technical issue on equipment and software
Perform repair work on equipment and parts
Perform basic warehouse duty
To provide servicing on customers’ machines in accordance to the procedures indicated inside the service manual.
Be able to take ownership of machine population being designated and to ensure all machines are its optimum working conditions.
Duly to provide quality services during service visits
To provide resolutions to customer whenever they encountered connectivity issues or unable to utilities the machine in their printing environment.
To undertake the role and responsibilities to ensure all installed machines with connectivity are properly installed and demonstrated to users on the use of the machine’s functions and connectivity matters.

Perform Canon lithography machine installation.
Review the condition and is able to provide trouble recovery plans.
Perform basic troubleshooting associated with electrical systems; may involve calibration and repair work.
Prepare drawings, schematic diagrams and related trouble associated with electrical components and machines.
Monitor the condition and prepare related reports.
Interact with vendors regarding procurement and delivery issues.
Perform other related duties as assigned for Canon Lithography machine.
Accompany sales personnel on customer visits for technical qualification and consulting for solution/software sales.
Communicate relevant technical solution/software/domain knowledge to customers via good verbal, presentation and written skills - solution/software presentation and demonstration.
Gather and elicit customer requirements; assess, analyse, construct and propose appropriate and competitive solution/software to meet customer requirements to optimize value for the customer and the company.
Create competitive and compelling business case and ROI (Return On Investment) proposition for the proposed software/solution.
Build and manage pre-sales case pipeline and technical relationship with prospects and existing customers
Prepare Customer Requirement Checklist or Fact Finding Document, S.O.W. (Statement of Work), proposal or Budgetary Quote.
Technical qualification and validation of the solution/software to meet customer requirements in terms of solution/software specification, architecture, design, configuration.
Provide technical answers to questions arising from RFI (Request For Information) or RFP (Request For Proposal) or RFQ (Request For Quotation).
Support internal and external customer facing events.
Testing and evaluation of the solution/software. Constructing custom demsonsration, liaise with principals or 3rd party vendors to ensure due attention and timely resolution to issues arising in the pre-sales cycle.
Any other related or relevant tasks, activities or responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time by management.
